The young man stationed there was extremely helpful, friendly & patient getting this old man successfully through the process. Restored my confidence that customer service is alive and well! “I want to give shout out to James the front end cashier lead! Originally I had called me because by mistake I accidentally left an Iteam I purchased and the person I spoke to was nice but made it feel like it was my problem and my problem alone. They told me if I don't have it then there is nothing they can do. There was no clarifying question to try and work with me to figure out which register I used or anything. But James really seemed to care and I really appreciate that. I know smiths values customers satisfaction and James truly held up that value really well.”
