Kudos to the manager dealing with the out-of-control homeless person who is just being absolutely ridiculous. Excellent job! Great service. Great food.

Alway love stopping in bagel works. But yesterday purchased a 1/2 dozen bagels that are smallest bagels I've ever seen. They are more like Ritz crackers than bagels. It's a shonda.
