I just happened to type in to Google "nut free confections near me" and the only place that came up was Vermont Nut free chocolate. While they are in a completely different state than I am I saw that they shipped. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I was. I was finally able to put in cute and SAFE novelty items in my child's Easter basket this year. The items were very reasonably priced and they were absolutely delicious. “For years (still do visit) I went to the Highland Park, NJ factory and they had the best truffles/chocolates in NJ. I NOW understand why the truffles changed at the NJ location learning that that portion of the business moved up to Vermont.I haven’t been to this location to try them, but I am 100% sure that anyone that goes here will absolutely love them based on my past experience. She took time to show me everything soft and easy to chew that she had. It was so great to have someone show the type of care that she did. I spent $50 dollars and walked out feeling great about the experience in this candy shop. Whoever that woman is, she deserves the world. They continue to bring new and unique maple products to market and I always choose Mount Mansfield Maple when gifting, as well as using for myself and family! We discovered Mt. Mansfield Maple when seeing the New England fall! Both were fabulous, but Mt. Mansfield is one that I will always cherish most! We came on a day they weren't usually open, and when they saw us peeking in the windows they invited us in! Who does that? MT. MANSFIELD! And that was the most amazing Vermont experience ever! We discovered a beautiful and cohesive environment! All of the folks we spoke with and listened to were excited about all things maple and what was coming soon. They showed us their new products and even while being closed for business, they shared the Mt. Mansfield Maple goodness, as I got to purchase lots of maple to take home!
