This company needs NEGATIVE STARS! STAY AWAY! They will lie to you to benefit them selves! They are not your neighbors, they are not your friends, they are out for them selves and they will screw you over if you give them the chance. Go to Value Service Center in Springfield. Hank is the most honest mechanic I've ever met

They came out in a snow storm to pull me and my car out of a snow bank. It wasn’t too stuck, but I couldn’t get it out on my own. It took him 20 minutes to arrive and he was gone within 5. Great job, however I feel like I got overcharged. Be prepared to fork over more than $100.

Came up the highway to pick me up, dropped me off where asked, gave me a few tips on getting the car repaired too. Quick, nice folks, got me out of a jam without fuss. Excellent!
