“bin a long time customer with them. great until today. will be looking at another shop. i called to make an appointment. they said 10 am sat. ok great. dropped my car off before work i came back on my lunch break at 1030. The shop was locked up no lights no notes i called the number and you could hear the phone ring inside. they also said to call a dif # which i did. went to voice mail. and the vm was full. my keys were in the lock box.. i had no way of getting my car and no one picked up. on a day that they were supposed to be inspecting it”

“Had a great experience with Handy's! They sent someone to tow my car after a wreck, and the person they sent was the absolute BEST. He was quick and efficient, and also super friendly (which I really appreciated in that moment). I was pretty out of it during the whole exchange but I'm pretty sure he said his name was Marcel, and I was so lucky to have him help me out. He even came to drop off my ice cream which I'd left in my car after he'd towed me. The best!!!”
