“Our 2011 Honda Accord was having problems accelerating while we were driving from Massachusetts to the Mount Washington Hotel in New Hampshire on vacation. We pulled over, called AAA, and Brett from Wes Ward Auto/Trahan Towing called us to let us know they were on their way. We were only 2.5 miles from the hotel and Brett provided a tow directly to the hotel allowing us to salvage most of our vacation. They called to explain the clip/seal came apart which caused the axle to loosen resulting in transmission fluid leaking out and quoted a fair price to do the repair. In addition, they returned the vehicle to the hotel within a half-hour of our checking out 2-days later. Brett and the mechanics at Wes Ward provided Excellent Customer Service with fair and transparent pricing! Having our car die like that was unsettling but if it had to happen, we are grateful for Brett and Wes Ward Auto!”

I have known Mike both as my mechanic and a friend and people need to understand he is 1 person and I have NEVER walked into his shop and not seen him working not once. He has always treated me MORE than fare on price and always done great mechanic work and I will recommend him if you want your work done and a mechanic that will treat you like a person and not just another $ sign Mike is that person. Mike is a great guy and a great friend and I don't say this to make him look good I say it cuz it's truly been every experience I have had. When my uncle had and was dying of cancer after working all day Mike would come up to help my uncle with things around the house he needed help with out of his own time that's the kind of person he is that he did that.
