“I am so grateful for the whole team at VCA Brown! They have taken such good care of my three cats over the past few years. My oldest cat had some trauma from her previous vet (closed now), and when I brought her to VCA Brown for the first time, the vet did the entire exam on the floor in the corner where my cat was hiding. It brought me to tears seeing them so easily accommodate my anxious cat with no issues or judgement. They always treat her like a princess, and it is clear in her behavior that she is not the same anxious cat at the vet anymore.
Most recently, my youngest cat had an emergency medical issue on a Saturday. When I reached out to VCA Brown, they assessed the issue and made it a priority to see my cat the same day. “The level of care we received at Qi Vet is unparalleled. When we started going there our cat was already very sick and we were looking for end of life support to keep him as comfortable as possible. I am certain that the attentive care that he received from Dr. Sam and the staff at Qi Vet is the reason he was so happy and comfortable for his remaining time with us.
