Tractor snowblower blew a shaft, united picked tractor told me had to order new shaft. They located one at another dealer had me and running the next day. Superior customer support!!!

It wasn't okay experience they didn't have the right oil for the 620 tractor John Deere and they didn't have oil filters I ended up having to go to somewhere else to buy an oil filter in New Hampshire so I spent quite a bit of time driving
