“When my truck started violently shaking on a six hour trip from Vermont to New York, I stopped at the Value Service Center right when they were about to close. I was kind of in a panic because I was driving an unfamiliar vehicle and didn't know anything about the area but luckily my car failed a few miles from the Value Service Center. They were nice enough to investigate even though they were probably antsy to get home. They fixed the issue efficiently which allowed me to travel another 4 hours without any further problem. I called ahead to make sure the car I was interested in was still there and Joe kindly informed me it was there.Just like he said, the car was there! The car is still running great and drives 20 miles every day 4 times a week. All I’ve done to it is an oil change and put gas in!”
