Don’t ever do business with these people. They’re terrible. No communication. No knowledge on anything. There’s always issues with getting the refunds. Everything is always delayed. They need to shut this place down. Never EVER go with these people. You’re honestly better off doing it yourself.

This lady stole $120 from my husband and NEVER got anything done!! She completely stopped answering phone calls and messages, shes lucky my husband let her get away with it and didn’t allow me to claim the money. Trust me when I tell you that you’re better off doing your taxes on TurboTax instead of working with this...

Pros- She is polite and willing to discuss.
Cons- Not knowleadgable enough to get the work done fast. You will have to spend several hours to days (in my case) to get the work done. Charges more than competitors.
