“Renee is top notch!!!! I live in VA and my previous insurance company (of 14 years) informed me that my rate would go up by a little over of $100. When I inquired why as I hadn’t had any accidents or incidents, they said “because of new laws in VA”. I immediately started to search for a new company. I met with Renee and not only was she able to secure me a rate LOWER than my original rate with the other company she was able to secure higher coverage amounts. I’m in the process of buying a new vehicle so I sent Renee an email after closing to Renee, and I received the response before noon the very next day. “I just purchased a renter's insurance policy from Kevin Galllagher's agency. Yara answered the phone right away. Seamless and easy process, from start to finish it took less than 30 minutes. Needed a short term policy, but Yara explained State Farm requires 1 year. She maximized the policy for the base rate. I've been a State Farm customer for 30 years in a different state. Kevin's office reminds me of my now retired agent's office. I highly recommend Kevin's office! Tried to work with another office, but it was too painful. Left a voicemail for another company and never heard back.”
