“Undisputed Auto in Sterling, VA was AWESOME. They diagnosed the problems with my Volvo- gave me a price, did the work to the standards I would have done it, (a former mechanic of sorts myself), and they stuck to the price. You could not ask for more. Their communications was a little touch and go when parts deliveries got delayed, but in my case, the parts were not common. There was nothing they could do about- everything worked out in the end. Highly recommend them. They fixed everything I needed done. Just terrific work.”

“I had an incredibly nice experience at Sunoco earlier today. The turn signal light indicator on my Honda Odyssey stopped working. I took it to Sunoco for replacement. Daniel Sarli looked at it and replaced it in a very short amount of time. He also did not charge me at all. I have seen all kinds of mechanics and their managers. A lot of them have varying levels of understanding and skills. Daniel was very skilled,patient and honest, in addition to being generous. I highly recommend this place for fixing your car problems. “Get there early as spots begin to fill up and you may have a long wait or leave your vehicle and come back. If you go later be sure to have a ride back if you have to leave the vehicle. I went in 2pm the first time and the wait was 2 hours. I had no choice but to come back the next day as soon as they opened and was done in 30 minutes for an Emissions inspection.”
