“I found them on the internet because of their excellent ratings, so it is only fair that I add mine. Front desk lady Hallie? answered the phone and was very polite and professional.I needed to have small nail in the tire looked at. It's a fairly new Porsche under factory warranty so I was nervous about anyone outside the dealership work on it. However Hallie reassured me that all precautions will be taken. I was able to get an appointment say day.They had me in and out, and provided the small nail as a souvenir as I requested. Since the wheels were not taken off the car, I didn't have to worry too much about too many electronic issues. I drove the car home and everything seems proper.While in the waiting room I observed the demeanor of several staff with each other and other customer. “I think this is the best place I’ve gone outside of the actually dealer for repairs. Daniel is so nice and the service men are very thorough. I never feel like they will take advantage of me or do anything to my car that isn’t required. They always send pictures of what they fixed when the service is complete and a log of how your other parts are functioning and whether they need replacement. I will continue taking my car here. The only issue is there are no appointments. It’s first come first serve so you have to be there at 8, but it’s not a big deal for peace of mind.”

“Honest business! I took my son's Audi A3 for a break check post the state inspection because we were told that it may need breaks within a couple of months. We were ready to replace the front-end rotors and breaks but a very friendly lady advised me that the work was not needed yet. She said that due to the low mileage/minimal use of the car and the thickness of the breaks, we did not yet need to change the breaks. She messaged that she would like to see us get the full use of the breaks before we spend money on replacing them. I was shocked! Her focus was not on doing the job and taking my son's money. “I am completely happy I found this place. There are very few shops that would actually even entertain the idea of fixing my work van. I had a catastrophic engine failure and needed a complete engine replacement. I met with Tang and he offered to repair it. Three other shops refuse to even try and Tang took on this difficult job because I own a carpet cleaning van and there were so many more things that needed to be adjusted. They fixed everything perfectly. I picked up my van yesterday and it runs perfectly. Their quote was much more competitive than others and they did the work in such a competent complete way. My truck runs as if it was new I cannot thank them enough I was getting 10 and 11,000 quotes from others and they beat it by a good margin. They were fair they were quick And they had me back on the road in a much shorter time than I was quoted by others.
