“I will gladly speak for the integrity of this establishment and the angels that run it. Thanks again to Ester for being so responsive and helpful. It’s sad that a place like this is rare, but certain things require us humans to have a heart and a sense of urgency, and this place has plenty of both!!! I have been waiting on my sleep apnea machine to be replaced through insurance for over two years now. I could die in my sleep without a machine with my condition, and within that timeframe I have received two machines from this miracle DME with no legal or financial obligation to me. Not only that, but this time they paid to have it shipped to me, priority at that, and simply said if I felt led to, to leave a donation. It’s heartwarming and I thank God for steering me close enough to these people because they’ve truly saved my life more than once now. Thanks so much!! I will be donating more at the beginning of next month as well, and hopefully each month to follow <3”

“I've been dealing with Roberts for a little over a year now, and have always had a positive experience. I had a dental procedure done this morning, and went in with some questions about how to temporarily modify my CPAP therapy during the recovery process. The gentleman that I worked with was extremely kind and understanding, going above and beyond to find a solution that would minimize any discomfort and be conducive to the healing process. Would highly recommend.”

“Lincare has been the supplier of all my Oxygen needs for several years. My whole experience with them has been nothing but great. Everything from the courteous and helpful office employees to the fellas that deliver the supplies needed.I had a scary experience just this past Sunday when my oxygen generator developed problems, I placed a call to Lincare and within an hour I received a call back from Jerome (Jerry) one of Lincare’s delivery technicians. Very shortly after Jerome was knocking on my door to assess the problem. within the next half hour Jerome came up with a suitable solution and a plan going into the following week. I can’t tell you how kind and considerate Jerome was on this Sunday call to a frantic customer.I can only hope that all Lincare clients are as fortunate as I am having an associate tending to their needs as I do with Jerome. To the Lincare corporate personnel, please make note that Jerome, employed in the Charlottesville branch is a true asset to your company. His gift is not treating your customers not as just another stop. He sees and treats them as individuals with concern, professionalism, and a smile.”

“I am among the thousands who were using Philips Dream station CPAP machine that was recalled in 2021. I was furious I learned about this recall from Nextdoor and not my medical supplier, which is Adapt Health. And in the middle of COVID! I put a claim in for a new machine of Phillips website. I heard nothing from them until recently when they finally contacted me that they were sending a replacement. In the meantime, I went on-line to buy a new machine. Because of the supply chain issues at the time, it took 8 months to get. When the new machine arrived, I took the recalled Dream Station to Robertson's to turn it in. I handed it to the person behind the counter and told him to do whatever they do with equipment that was recalled. Almost 2 years later, I finally received the new machine from Philips. However, it was only the motor part. The humidifier reservoir, tubing, electrical cord were all missing. he instructions said to use the attachments from the recalled machine on this new machine. Today, I drove out to Robertson's with the new machine. In the office, behind the counter, there were two people in cubicles sitting at computers. I was talking to the woman in the first cubicle, but it was the gentleman at the desk furthest away who listened to my story. He looked my account up on the computer and then got up to help me. When I explained to him that I had dropped off all the attachments with the recalled machine at their office two years ago, he said he would see if he could find the parts that would fit this machine. He was gone into the warehouse for about 20 minutes. When he finally came back, he had all the pieces that went with this new machine. He showed me how to put it together and then sent me on my way. I wish I had taken his name. He really combed through the supplies to find what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the effort this man took to help make this new machine work for me. That's what I call customer service.”
