“I am thrilled with my first canister vacuum purchase from Blue Ridge Vacuums, because I did not want to order it online, which was cheaper, so excited to give it a try for my business, Fresh and Clean LLC, we serve the New River Valley, Carroll County, and Floyd area, I'm confident this vacuum will exceed my clients' expectations.

The 10-year warranty on replacement parts and free service gives me peace of mind. After trying it out, I'm impressed with the incredible suction power and the easy rolling and use of it.

I'm eager to put this vacuum to work in my clients' homes and provide top-notch cleaning services. Thank you, Blue Ridge Vacuums, for an excellent customer service and walking me through how to use it.”

“Tech did a good job finding a problem and corrected what he found. The freezer began to run. The next day the freezer has stopped cooling. It’s completely warm and temp alarm is on. Basically the same problem. I don’t know what’s wrong with this thing, but I wish after four try’s they would just replace the freezer!!!”

“Last week I ordered my items from HD Christiansburg. This week, on Monday, I was supposed to receive the delivery for my home improvement project from Roanoke HD. Half delivered, half did not. It was overlooked and left in store but the driver signed off that all items were delivered. I contacted Lannon (at Cburg) who I placed my order with, and he was very helpful and within a couple hours tracked down the remainder of my order and had delivery scheduled for today, from Roanoke, since the items were already there and ready. 2 items delivered at 8 a.m., the rest did not. Still no delivery at 3 p.m. so I called Cburg HD and spoke with Brittany and she wielded with Lannon and once again they tracked down the problem. Roanoke overlooked the items and they weren't added to the truck. The Christiansburg HD store manager(I wish I knew his name) used his personal vehicle to deliver our missing items today. What a nice surprise... I'm so used to inferior customer service these days, I want to applaud Lannon, Brittney and the Store Manager for their excellent customer service. You are all great assets to Home Depot. When I am needing anything that I can purchase from Home Depot, I will definitely be coming there instead of your competitors. Thanks again!”

“I want to give a shout out to an exceptional employee, Jack.

I was needing several cuts for a desk project requiring both stud and plywood. I originally went to my local Lowe's store to purchase the lumber and cuts, but long story short, even the seasoned employees were quite sorry and didn't want any part of helping me after they cut four 2x4s.

I make my way to the lumber section closest home depot to me, and in attempt to load two 4'x8' sheets of plywood onto a cart, out comes Jack to the rescue. He noticed me struggling with this 70 pound sheet of plyboard and immediately jumped in to help me load it. I mentioned to him my issue with the excuses given by the other store, and Instead of complaining/avoiding to help me, he took time to learn the cut sheet drafts I created as we both figured out the best way to cut the plywood. He took great time with attention to detail in measurement of these cuts to make certain that they were as close to dimension as possible without me even having to ask. With several different measurements and numerous cuts, everything came out absolutely FANTASTIC. HIs demeanor and customer service was second to none out of any I have experienced. Thank you, Jack!

I ended up purchasing the rest of the necessary supplies and extras at this store. I will gladly travel the extra 20 minutes to continue my shopping here for my future projects and builds.”

“Aaron's husband a really good place for me to get my very first stack of washing machine dryer. I've never bought anything for myself. And they so helpful and unkeep going guys”
