“Last week I ordered my items from HD Christiansburg.This week, on Monday, I was supposed to receive the delivery for my home improvement project from Roanoke HD. Half delivered, half did not. It was overlooked and left in store but the driver signed off that all items were delivered. I contacted Lannon (at Cburg) who I placed my order with, and he was very helpful and within a couple hours tracked down the remainder of my order and had delivery scheduled for today, from Roanoke, since the items were already there and ready. 2 items delivered at 8 a.m., the rest did not. Still no delivery at 3 p.m. so I called Cburg HD and spoke with Brittany and she wielded with Lannon and once again they tracked down the problem. Roanoke overlooked the items and they weren't added to the truck. The Christiansburg HD store manager(I wish I knew his name) used his personal vehicle to deliver our missing items today. What a nice surprise... I'm so used to inferior customer service these days, I want to applaud Lannon, Brittney and the Store Manager for their excellent customer service. You are all great assets to Home Depot. When I am needing anything that I can purchase from Home Depot, I will definitely be coming there instead of your competitors. Thanks again!”

However, on the extended warranty, they said I would get the same amount spent on the warranty in credit if I didn’t use the warranty in five years. They failed to say I would only get that credit if I spent $999. on furniture. I also liked that I could buy right off the floor since the item was needed immediately.”
