Great apartment. It's quiet, safe and located two minutes walking distance from a running and bike trail. Management was friendly and responsive! I had a great year here!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience living at CulpeperLofts. Edwin and Chris have such amazing hearts and they truly care about their tenants. They are always there for you no-matter the day or time. I highly recommend Culpeper Lofts for anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to call home!

From CULPEPER LOFTS
These two historic buildings have been renovated into market-rate rental housing – studio and one-bedroom “loft-style” residences – known as Culpeper Lofts. The parking and grounds have also been revamped. The historic features were preserved and highlighted as this project utilized federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits, so the redevelopment design was overseen by both the Virginia Department of Historic Resources and the federal National Park Service.
