Had a negative experience with the doctor, who would not take over an existing prescription backed by a prior authorization for the insurance company.

I am responding to the most recent review from Susan Boggs. I am sorry you had a bad experience with Pinnacle but I have not worked there since August of ‘21. That was not me that you spoke with and am asking my name be removed from that review.

Over 3 months and never received my blood test results after numerous calls to the doctors office. Also was double charged for my physical, one as the physical and one for an office visit. Be careful if you go here!
