Mrs. Latha is a gifted educator who recognizes each child's potential and challenges them to achieve more than they thought possible. Mrs. Donna brings remarkable creativity while also providing the structure, discipline, and rigor necessary to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond. Together, they make an outstanding team.

The leadership at Chesterbrook Academy has also been exceptional. Mrs. Aimee and Mrs. Jenn are visible, approachable, and deeply invested in the success of both the students and their families. They listen thoughtfully, adapt when needed, and consistently meet families where they are.

“Best daycare/preschool ever! All the teachers are so wonderful and attentive. I switched from a much smaller in care daycare and was initially nervous about moving to such a bigger school. To my surprise, they were actually a lot more communicative and organized. Ms. Maureen (the owner) is really on top of everything and you can tell the teachers truly care about the kids. They are always doing so many educational and fun things and I can’t recommend them enough.”

“My family couldn't be happier with the care our daughter gets at Bright Horizons at Inova Fair Oaks! Our daughter has been going there for two+ years, and the experience has been incredible. Every single teacher has loved and cared for my daughter like their own child, and my daughter truly loves her teachers, and I feel that love radiating back from them. Also, the administration is very communicative and do a great job at managing the center. The director/assistance director are always so positive and approachable, and they have been very accommodating to our family’s needs. They are more than a daycare/preschool – they are like a second family to us!!

My daughter, who used to very shy, feels so comfortable engaging in class and interacting with her peers and her teachers, knowing that she will receive the support and encouragement she needs. “It would be impossible to overstate how grateful I am for this team. To say this has been life changing for all of us doesn’t even begin to cover what this program has done for my daughter, and as a result our family. My daughter is 10. We have struggled with IEPs and three different school districts and despite everyone’s best efforts, we just could not unlock reading and spelling. My daughter has made amazing progress and now loves reading. It has been mind boggling to see the transformation. I’m so grateful to the entire team - each and every teacher and administrator has been integral in her success. Everyone is kind, positive, caring and dedicated. They all got to know my daughter both as a learner and a human. Their interest in her success was transparent to all of us, including my daughter! She never complained about going, which for a tween says a lot! I think she felt supported and cared for, and truly after only a few sessions she could see how much it was helping (which furthered her own buy in). Honestly, I was hesitant to start LMB because of the time commitment and the balance with school, social activities etc, and put it off for almost a year. I wish that we had signed up the day it was recommended! I will forever be grateful for the gift these humans have given her ?”
