I had broken my glasses and was able to get them fixed fast and for free here. I’m really grateful for that, I had broken them on my way to work. Thank you to the man who helped me out!

Horrible customer service. I ordered glasses and they put the prescription in the wrong frames! I asked them to rush order a new pair to get a week later, as it was their mistake. But they failed to rush order a new pair. So now I have to travel for 3 weeks without the glasses for which I spent a boatload of money.

Ask to be helped by the woman who appears to be the manager? She took the time to find glasses to fit my melon-like head.
