“They're under new ownership/management. Give them a chance. My battery light came on as I was driving by and my power steering failed for a moment. I stopped in and although they were very busy they gave me 20-30 minutes of their time to look over the car and diagnose the issue. They wouldn't even accept any money for the diagnosis. Super nice.”

“These folks are great! Had some hydraulic hoses I need made up, a buddy told me wheee to go and highly recommended. After traveling through some of Virginia’s hillside I knew I had made it. I told myself if I can’t get what I need fixed here, it won’t be fixed again.Very hospitable people, speedy service, friendly and had good conversation while there. Let me know anytime we need something to call and service trucks were available if I needed them to come to me. Awesome!If you’re out in these parts of the world, Floyd Virginia, and you need anything from truck and tractor repairs, machining, welding/fabrication, hydraulic hoses and so on this place is not only the best for miles and miles. I’d say they are better than any place you will find in most large cities. In the middle of Floyd where you won’t find any big box stores, mostly small unique shops and restaurants. This is the Mac daddy for service needs.Many thanks to the fine folks at Via’s. Will most certainly be back while we are in town!”

“They are located in Floyd, by Family Dollar, and are easy to find by the trail of cars on the little side road. The place was packed with a bit of everything, and there was not much room to park. It honestly made me smile. It told me that they were very respected in the community & did great work. If this weren't true, they wouldn't be so busy. I showed up on time, and they moved one out and mine inside. Now, it is a bunch of men and grease, so housekeeping could be better, but I understood. I grew up in a garage, so it does not bother me what the bathroom looks like. I just want to know that what you do out in the shop is 110%. I waited for a flex pipe replacement and a VA state inspection, and honestly, it did not take long at all. I played on my phone a bit & took in some sunny weather outside. They have a small waiting area with a restroom and a drink machine. About an hour later, I was on the road & headed back home. It was very reasonably priced, and they were very nice for chatting with me and not being rude or rushing me off. The place reminded me of my grandpa's garage when I was a kid. Hometown nostalgia at its best! I would TOTALLY recommend them and I wish them all the best.”

The staff at T&E offered one of a kind service, were very courteous and friendly, and patiently answered all of our questions.
