“Thank you to Carlos and his repair team for their speed and professionalism!
Long story short: my son's driveshaft dropped out on I95 on his way back to school in Florida on a Thursday evening, 2 hours from home. AAA towed his car here and I was able to pick up my son and finish the trip to Florida. We got a call first thing Friday morning with an estimate 2 hours later. Carlos went out of his way to source the needed parts and expedite the repair. The car was fixed and ready to go by Saturday afternoon! Insanely fast for a driveshaft repair! We were able to pay via phone whole driving back up on Saturday and pick the car up at 1am so he could drive back.
We thought for sure he would be stuck until the middle of next week waiting for repair, but this was not the case!
While sincerely I hope we never need their services again, I would gladly work with them again!”
