“My husband and I came in a few weeks ago looking for new bedroom furniture for the house we just moved into. Vince was not only super helpful but also very knowledgeable about all of the different brands and it helped us when choosing which set to go with. We didn't decide that day, but Vince was kind enough to give us his personal contact info so that when we came by the next day, he was ready to help us again. We even decided to get a mattress! Made getting a new mattress so much easier since we didn’t have to have someone come remove the old one. It was the first time we’d gone mattress shopping in quite some time, and she explained everything so well. This was our first stop, and it was also our last. “So I relocated a year ago, July 2022. Around January when visiting my daughter I came across this beautiful sectional. I was out browsing yesterday in search of a table or tv stand to put my tv on because I like to rearrange my furniture at least quarterly but I am limited because my tv is mounted on the wall. Well to my delight the sectional I have been looking at since January was now on sale!!My sales experience was so stress free yes I said stress free and accommodating.The manager is a very hard working woman. She helped me carefully select items to fit into my quaint apartment. The young man Kavon (forgive me if I misspelled the name) went above and beyond and helped me get my furniture from the store in Spotsylvania to my home. After he got off work!!!There were other customers in the store that was so nice and peaceful… and there was no sense of urgency in the atmosphere.I was able to take my time and make my selection and after I finally selected everything and paid for my items the sectional was missing a piece.Oh no! I was crushed. The young man came from the back and informed me of what was going on. Well I sat there on the floor model and waited for the manger to come out to see if there was any way I could still get this sectional that I had been looking at since January.End of the story I got my sectional a desk and chair an area rug and two end tables for a very handsome price.Enjoy the pics!!!! “I was so impressed with this family owned and operated mattress store. I've been searching for just the right twin bed, for our guest room, for many months. I get turned off by high pressure sales people and just leave the stores. The prices are so high, as well. I walking into this place, just this morning, and left owning a wonderful bed that didn't cost me a fortune. I was able to meet the whole family. They were all there, having donuts and coffee and running the show. I even got to meet 'grandpaw'. He introduced himself as such. They had my bed delivered within two hours of my paying for it. I highly recommend this place. I left feeling good about my purchase....along with a 10 year warranty, that I truly believe will be honored if need be.”
