“This is the vet you want. Doctor Moffit was great. I’ve been coming here for years, but stopped last year to go to another vet out of convenience and I regret that. I brought my dog back here last week because the other vet wasn’t calling me to schedule surgery for his teeth. Doctor Moffit discovered something else that was significantly greater than the teeth infection. The other vet somehow missed that he had a massive tumor. Doctor Moffit was extremely compassionate and sweet in explaining everything. We ended up having to put him down. Doctor Aragon did the euthanasia and she was also very kind. Thank you guys for helping Momo.

“Great job by the whole team! Dr. Ahmad is a very skilled surgeon. He saved my Baby potato princess storm. Woop woop! Two weeks after surgery Baby potato princess stormanator. Has a clean bill of health. She had a horrible undiagnosed case pyometra that stretched through multiple other vets with serious side effects, That got treated as the main cause. Finally one fateful Sunday I got the answer. Dr Ahmad removed a seven pound infected uterus. I sure wish I found out sooner, but so thankful the doctor and his team could save storm. Because every dog daddy needs his princess potato even if she doesn't look like a potato anymore!”

“I took my newly rescued puppy to VCA today, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service was top-notch, especially from Leslie, who was incredibly welcoming and helped me name my puppy. Linda, who assisted me during the visit, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The clinic itself is clean, organized, and has such a thoughtful touch — they even had a welcome board with my puppy’s name on it, which was a really cute and personal detail.

Dr. Baechtel was fantastic as well. He was not only knowledgeable but also very patient, making sure I understood how to care for my puppy and help her get back to full health. I can tell that the team at VCA truly cares about their patients. We also got a very nice bag or goodies to take home.

The clinic offers a wide range of services for pets, which is great, but with having another dog at home and adding another it can get expensive so I do find that some of their services maybe a bit on the expensive side for me. While I would definitely consider VCA my go-to for major care, I may look for more affordable options for minor services. Overall, I'm very happy with our visit, and I’m confident this will be my Stormi Skye’s clinic home for the long term!”

“I would give 10 stars if I could. Where do I even begin. Yesterday our cat fell extremely ill and we rushed her to a local vet. Testing and xrays showed a bad uterus infection requiring immediate emergency surgery. We were then told "She needs emergency surgery but we close at 5" My wife not knowing what else to do called Lees Hill Pet Hospital. They immediately said bring her here. Verifying what the other vet had diagnosed they immediately rushed her back and performed the necessary surgery. The OWNERS, vets and Staff stayed until almost 9pm with us, hours after they closed. Offered us water and were in constant communication as to the current condition of our cat. They also checked on her throughout the night ensuring she was doing ok, monitoring her vitals. I have never in my life had an animal hospital show such compassion and love for us and our animal. We will NEVER go anywhere else from this day forward. We can not thank them enough for their time, effort and compassion. They truly saved her life.”

“England Run Veterinary Clinic has been with us on the most routine visits as well as the most tragic ones. They've shown incomparable compassion and consideration at every visit. I'm surprised to see other reviews remarking on high prices, because having been a pet owner with medically complex animals for two decades, this place seems to almost under-price their services. I've never walked out feeling like I got less than my money's worth for the care received, and they always are ready with various options to meet price-point needs. More than anything, they've established relationships of trust with our animals almost instantly, every time. Even when dealing with my almost 21 year old cat who is not friendly to strangers. She got feisty with them at first, but ultimately left less disgruntled than the start of the visit. It was nearly miraculous. She has since passed, and I was devastated at the time. ERVC staff went above and beyond to help me in my time of grief. I could barely function as I walked in that day, and they scooped us right up and wrapped us in the care you might find in long-time friends or family. When we ended up taking on a very unexpected new kitten, they instant started things off right with him too. He now seems to enjoy his rides to the vet, and knows that he's going to get all the snuggles and love he desires.”

“This review is long overdue. CRAH were incredible when it was time to say goodbye to our senior-baby-girl. We'd stayed well past opening time and were not rushed, we were treated like family, and that's more than we could have asked for. The compassion and kindness that we felt was everything. Over the past few years, we've always been very pleased with how Confederate Ridge has taken care of our girl. Surgery, diagnosis of skin problems (that we'd been paying for injections at $100 a pop at another vet, who completely misdiagnosed and overcharged us), and general checkups - always on point. We could tell she was loved and cared for by staff whenever we showed up. There's usually a wait to be seen, and appointments can take a while to get with how popular CRAH has become. Even though we live over an hour and a half away, I'd still come back here if we add to our family again.”

“My daughter's guinea pig stopped eating and by a miracle after calling 4 other places this place told me to bring her right in. She's 7 and had respiratory infection and needed her teeth done so she could eat. Without little hesitation and closing time was near she was put under and had her teeth cut. This place and all their staff was very welcoming. One staff member made me a fresh cup of coffee at last minute and the next day I got a call checking on her. They definitely went above and beyond. “I’ve been taking my Maltese, Zuzu here for going on her 12th year.. So far, Bell has been her favorite veterinarian. Zuzu has had her fair share of medical emergencies and other situations over the years and has had such good care That she doesn’t even shake when we are waiting to be seen. She seems to be happy to see everybody on the staff and that’s a good sign. I think working in a veterinary office is one of the hardest jobs because not only do you deal with vulnerable animals but you also deal with worried Pet parents who may respond in very emotional ways and sometimes not very kind kindly. Zuzu and I have the most respect for the entire staff at Banfield pet Hospital in Massaponax. We actually have also had good experiences with the other Banfield Pet hospitals in my area when we were unable to be seen at her usual Banfield for various reasons. But more often than not over the years we have been able to be seen very quickly too.”

“We had a very short wait time and the staff members were very welcoming. My dog is people selective and for each of her three visits, she was the calmest and least reactive. This was due to the staff members being very patient and calm with her. I’m so happy that we can get vaccinations without stress!”
