“This is the ONLY place I will take any of my vehicles. Honest, respectful and reasonably priced. For me, it is worth the drive from Roanoke. Joe, Dennis and his team take the time to explain things in detail and always follow up. Don't trust anyone else.”

“Great place. Bought a great car. The first four oil changes are free. Great staff. Very helpful, friendly and they have a mechanic on site in case of any need for car repairs. They sure know how to pick good cars to sell. Very happy customer here. Daniah Navarro”

“I just had to come under another account to write yet another review. I’ve had my vehicle since February of this year, and I haven’t had any major issues out of it. These people are so amazing and understanding as long as you COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. I had a financial hardship happen, & instead of dodging them, I just called to let them know and see what my options were. They are NOT trying to get your vehicle back from you. They want to help keep you IN it. There will be negativity to deter you elsewhere because of people not doing what they’re supposed to, but don’t listen to the reviews. These people are great.”

“I came in to test drive a totally different car. After the drive, I wasn't interested. John took the time to ask what I was looking for in a car. Moments later he showed me a car I had not been looking for, but loved. John and Ryan were fantastic to deal with. No pressure, easy process, and they answered all my questions with ease. Great purchasing experience.”

“Have raised customer service to a level you rarely see. Can not imagine finding professional mechanics more skilled and knowledgeable than the Cundiff brothers. The process they put themselves through in finding you a car to purchase is impressive. No one does it better!”

“I bought a used 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring around two years ago from here and that thing is still going strong. I've probably only put a couple thousand miles on it but it has taken me, reliably, from point A to point B consistently. Maybe one single time I had to jump it, and I don't remember why, but that was it. The sales guy was nice too. Would recommend this place, as my car I got from here has held up well this far.”

1570 Underhill Ave, Roanoke VA 24014
“We have bought two excellent vehicles from here and have always been treated fairly. They didn’t, at the time, have vehicles I liked so they told me to let them know what I was looking for and my price range. Within a week we had a very nice and mechanically sound car. It ran so well that we returned for a second vehicle five months later when we purchased my fiancé’s SUV. You can’t beat the price. They won’t yank your chain and are straight up about mechanical issues with the cars they get in. I highly recommend Roanoke Auto Auction!”

“I appreciate the Fuller's staff after receiving a recommendation from Bill's Auto to try them out. I have been going to Fuller's for a couple of years. The one year I did not go to them, I tried NTB-National Tire & Battery over at Valley View and "failed" the inspection due to a bunch of rubbish. Thank you, Fuller's, for your quick service and being a light in the community.”

“My daughter bought a vehicle there. About 3 weeks after purchase, the water pump went out. I took it to my garage to get it fixed. I called Mr Akers and talked to him. He was pleasant and gave some money toward the repair. He said he’s been in business for over 30 years and tries to treat people good. I would buy there again and I certainly think you should give a look if you’re buying a used car.”
