Called for assistance in getting cats fixed. Was glad to help. This is second time they have assisted me. Very nice folks to deal with.

The staff are so polite and the rooms for the cats are kept nice and clean

Sam was incredibly friendly. The cats were super cute, of course. Hearing about the mission (and success) of Cat's Cradle made me very happy and it was nice to feel like my paying to see them made an impact on their lives.
