“Purchased from far out of my state location from this seller that I had never heard of or purchased from before. my purchase was at a slightly discounted price from other sellers in my large Kansas City, Missouri metro area or other sellers online including the manufacturer's (HOKA) price. The online ordering process was quick and unencumbered and required very little from me, other than pertinent information to purchase and deliver my product. I received my Hoka shoes quickly within seven days via the US mail. I do wish you could pick your shipper because the US mail was so unreliable but my shipping was free so all in all, all aspects of this purchase I would rate as A+++ I have no idea about their in-store customer service but it's anything like their website and on online ordering experience, I had. I would certainly walk into one of the store locations if ever in state to shop and ask a few questions. They seem to be confident and actual professional running specialist that can be trusted. “We went here to buy shoes for my daughter, who developed a Morton's neuroma. As a 19 year old, she was worried about finding something to her taste. Much to her surprise, she found comfortable, stylish loafers that were exactly what she was looking for. As a healthcare worker, I was also impressed with the selection. They had everything from trendy sandals and clogs to stable oxfords in a variety of brands and finishes for us to try. They also told us of their sister store in Herndon with an even larger selection of Birkenstocks, sweet news to the college girl. The service was also incredible. They helped us with styles, sizing and brands that would be better for each of our particular foot issues. They spent time with each of us, ensuring a proper fit. The pricing was about what you would expect for the products we selected. Personally, I find walking without pain worth paying more, plus the shoes are built well and last! They were expensive, but we were lucky that one pair was on sale. That saved enough on our bill to buy her the newsboy cap she had been looking for! Did I mention that they have some hats and socks too??”

She went above and beyond calling stores to see if they had what I wanted, and even went to the other journeys in the mall to double check! She let me take as much time as I needed to compare the woman's and kids shoes. She was incredibly patient and very friendly!!!”

“So I went to check out this Nike store because I heard they have refurbished shoes and I was hoping to grab something for a steal. My wish was granted. They have a section just for refurbished shoes and they are marked down with an extra 30% off!! You can’t beat that, and it wasn’t even crowded. They have plenty clothing items that are also marked down by 30% which are not refurbished. Here’s a few pics.”

“I didn't know where to start as I don't wear athletic shoes often and they all look the same to me but i know theyre not. A gentleman named Aaron approached within minutes and asked if I needed help, amd although busy, he explained what was good for my foot type, measured me, spoke about pronation of the foot, types of foams and densities, and he didn't just try to make a sale and went that extra mile, which is rare and refreshing these days. A1 service! Overall I'll be coming back to this location from this experience and recommend this location for your shoe needs and very reasonable prices especially if yoi catch the BOGO deal, in addition to the amazing comfort. She answered all my questions very patiently. She also helped me choose the right insole for my feet. Explained in detail the difference between L2300 and L2305.
