Be prepared - everything is a la carte! It was delicious but very expensive. More expensive than it really should have been on a week day and not in high season.

The food was great. Our server was outstanding and the overall experience was very good. We loved that the restaurant has maintained its nostalgia. It is well maintained yet the same as I remembered it from years ago.

Due to the pandemic we decided to change our restaurant concept. The steakhouse style with table side service, long drawn out dinners and family style shared sides were not feasible for takeout. In an effort to best serve our community we changed to a Southern barbecue style that better matched our Tavern roots. We love our change to a BBQ restaurant offering house smoked brisket, ribs, turkey and pulled pork. We also offer fried chicken, salads, sandwiches, and sides!
