The staff at Wards Corner Velocity Urgent care is exemplary! They are not just efficient they are caring and always have time to listen. I won't go anywhere else and I have to pay a larger co-pay to go here because it's not in my network. Totally worth it!

The staff was professional, pleasant and helpful. The experience from registering to care was quick and effortless. They are my first place to go when my doctor is too busy to be seen immediately.

I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen ? it's sick season so patience is very necessary ? once I was called back the team wasted no time in seeing me and I was out in a flash!! Wonderful job and thorough quality care!!!
