After being out all day searching for a place to live for myself and family I came to Aubrey apartments and was welcomed with a pleasant smile, perfessionalism, and the eagerness to assist. Kwamuane was very pleasant and helpful. You can definitely tell he’s about his business. I greatly appreciate you Kwamuane!!!!!!!

This is the worse apartment complex there is out there in Petersburg,VA. The apartment is infested with mice and roaches. It is run down and it is not properly taken care of. The staff sucks and half of the time do not know what they are doing. If you are planning on renting this property don’t. You will thank me later.

Kwamane is very respectful and professional every time we’ve talked he’s very clear spoken and helpful this guy definitely deserves a raise y’all have some good employees Aubrey apartments
