He didn’t have exactly what I needed, so he called around town to track down the right parts. That kind of effort is rare in customer service today. “I was on a road trip with a van full of kids when all the sudden I couldn't accelerate past 30 mph. I had tried to get some help from a well-rated auto shop nearby, explained the urgency and that I was only passing through, only to be told that they were booked for two weeks and suggested I could wait. Anyway, as I was attempting to limp the van somewhere, I pulled into O'Reilly's. Was greeted by Doug and Scott. After they checked the code for the check engine light, Doug helped get the ignition coil that was in stock, and Scott went above and beyond to help swap it out, and I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Couldn't believe how great of an experience it was.”
“My fiance and I were driving back to North Carolina from Maryland when the car started making weird noises. We pulled over and what looked to be the under cover scraping the ground as we drove. We called several places and they could not help us until we called Victory Lane. My fiance talked to Diane and described the issue we were having. She told us to come by and they could take a look at it. When we arrived, Chad and Diane understood we were still more than an hour away from home and took us in immediately. Chad said some of the screws were missing and he replaced them and added some clips (without charge!), but suggested when we are back home to have someone take a look at it. We were lucky to have met them when we did, they treated us with kindness. Highly recommend them.”

“Can’t recommend enough. I have to give Jonathan Gill and Brian a huge thank you. I went through a terrible experience with Carvana. Problem after problem came up with a basically new 2025 Ram. The service department as well as the sales department took time to listen to the issues I was having and helped me get out of a nightmare. I got a better truck with a better deal. I don’t usually leave reviews. But they truly did go above and beyond to help me out of my situation.
