Bathroom floor crumbling apart. Beds were comfortable. Amenities in room were good, but furniture and doors very worn. Breakfast free but very average. OK value overall . Close to mall and dining.

At time of Check-in, before 3pm, on 11/04/2023, (before shift change) the Attitude of Front Desk Agent(African American) was rude and was treated poorly. He spoke with full aggression, but did not treat the other guests with the same aggressive tone. The room was well presented and satisfactory.

Located near the interstate so very easy to get to. The free breakfast was underwhelming. The room was ok except for the bathroom (see picture). Very old school with tiny bars of soap and tiny tubes of shampoo. Not the best place we’ve stayed
