Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Teller was incredibly rude and condescending. Unfortunately, it is well-known in this area that the staff at this branch is unreliable and incredibly unfriendly. Will definitely consider taking my personal and business banking needs elsewhere.

Rude teller at Staunton VA SunTrust!! We've been with SunTrust for years & I always brag about their customer service but I will NOT deal with snooty customer service from a teller who doesn't have the decency to even smile and make eye contact or say hi, to a customer.

Numerous experiences of money mishandling at this particular suntrust branch. I've had an account with suntrust for 15 years and I've never experienced such careless and questionable practices at any other branch.
