I literally try to avoid going to this bank because the drive through lady with short hair is SO MEAN. She has yelled at me countless times because I wanted to deposit money. Literally makes me wanna switch banks I’ve never had someone be so mean to me for depositing money ? isn’t that her job???

Staff are rude and unfriendly, specially the lady at the drive through. I rather drive to the location in Warrenton which is out of my way than to the branch in The Plains. I myself am I banker and I treat my customers with the same respect I want to be treated at any other place.
