Our owner, Chris Bowman was pivotal in legalizing tattoo shops in Chesapeake and other municipalities. He even helped the health department write the health code requirements for tattoo shops. Duff another owner and artist has trained 3 artists that competed on Master Ink. We are OPEN 7 days a week from 10am - 10pm, We have 5 locations in Virginia Beach (3), Hampton, Portsmouth.
