ATM is impossible to see in the sunlight and when out of order, they just let customers struggle with the ATM that doesn't work.

Mobile app is slow and laggy, often does not give an accurate and up to date balance. Online banking in the browser is clumsy and slow. Fees for everything and very little protection/customization for customers to help avoid being charged.

This is a different kind of bank. They do work for me that other banks would put on the back burner. Everything about you is their top priority. Unbelievable
