Not only did they have my shock but the employee let me use whatever tools I needed to replace the shock. We had 2 hours left of our 8 hour trip and without their help we would have had a outrageous tow bill or had to spend Thanksgiving in a hotel. I will always be grateful for them saving our Thanksgiving.”

“Was on a road trip with my husband and made a stop in Wytheville, Virginia for the night. The key fob on his car flashed battery was dying, and after my horrible attempt to replace one previously, I called the dealership to see if they might be able to help us. Not only were they super helpful, but they didn’t charge us anything to switch out the battery.
If you’re ever in the area, I need a Chevy. I would highly suggest checking them out.”

“We had a breakdown the week before Thanksgiving. Our Freightliner Cascadia had the clutch go out. They did a great complete service at a reasonable price. We had to get our truck towed into their shop and everything was professional. They offer road service, towing, and a service shop. They did the repairs in a timely manner as they had told us. We are based out of South Carolina and a breakdown over the road is never easy. We had a good experience with this shop. I would highly recommend this shop.”
