“I've grown to love Bi Mart. I stayed away for quite a while after my grandmother passed away since it reminded me of her; but now as an older young lady I understand why my mimi loved the store. It has just about everything. Prices are great. There's almost always some kind of discount on laundry needs and toiletries, etc. The only reason for the 4 stars is the customer service. On multiple occasions I have stood in line for over 20 minutes while associates could visibly see the line growing rapidly yet chose to stand there and chit chat. Customer service would sure be nice if it could go back to the way it was when I was in that type of work setting back in early 2000's "customer service and not making people wait" along with the "customer is always right" type stuff was drilled into me while working for department stores. Either way, I still enjoy bimart and will continue supporting our local store.”

“Small town, personal feeling service. Prices comparable to larger businesses. Short wait times. Business hours could be more Customer friendly but all the positives outweigh this one draw back for me.”

“I take the same medication every month. I get a reminder text a week in advance, and it's ready when they send the text alert that it is ready. When it needs to be refilled, they text me and then call my PA. We usually get Janet at pick up time and her dry wit is always a pleasure. The pharmacists catch any issues and go through the "talk" when I get new meds. All in all, it is efficient and a good place to get my meds.”

“I think people in Aberdeen are a little unrealistic about their expectations. After bouncing around Washington I moved to Aberdeen a couple years ago and this has become my primary pharmacy. I've used a lot of different pharmacies and have never had one with staff that is this competent. I have nothing but good things to say. Husband and I are on a LOT of medications for different health issues so we're in here a fair bit. Never had a negative experience that was their fault (though some of the local doctors frequently mess up when they send in scripts - this isn't on them). There is a bit of a line if you come in right after lunch but as long as another costumer doesn't throw a hissy fit it usually moves quickly. Most of the day it's pretty empty and I usually don't have to wait longer than like 3 minutes. It would be nice if they removed the display next to the line and put in a few chairs for the elderly and disabled. That being said I really don't care who managed it previously but whoever is managing it currently is doing fine. The staff is knowledgeable, quick, friendly, and even remember me when I come in. You'd never get this kind of service in Seattle or Olympia! I know - I've tried! Lots of negative Nellies here but there's nothing wrong with this pharmacy. Never had a problem and will continue to use them for as long as I live here.”

“Been using this pharmacy a long time now. I do think the workers are usually quite nice. I do wish they would have 2 people checking out more often than they do though because there has been many many times where the line is backed up into the meat section and it takes a very long time to just check out. I never expect my prescriptions to be ready the same day either. It usually takes a day or so.”

“Pharmacist Huey is a life saver. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, kept calm and relaxed when I got a little bit anxious about a hiccup getting my meds refilled. I appreciate the kindness.”
