“I don't even know where to begin. Let's start with Ivy & Holly! I am opening a business in Medical Lake, The European Child children's clothing boutique and wanted to have a "relationship" and be able to walk across the street and physically deposit money. That's how it started. I now have ALL of my banking with them, I cancelled my other credit union account. I am using them for all things money & banking. All of the tellers are lovely and sweet. “I've belonged to a few credit unions in my time, but STCU is one of the best. This branch office is just minutes from my home and although I do a lot of my banking online, they have always provided me with excellent customer service. Last year, I received a notification that someone was trying to fraudulently use my debit card. STCU had denied the transaction but I stopped in to ask if it was advisable to cancel that card. They not only gave me a new card right there in the office but reviewed my accounts and set me up with features that ensure my money would be generating additional interest. Whether I'm speaking with a teller, an advisor or someone on the phone, I always feel they have my best interests in mind. I also appreciate STCU's continued support of local community activities.
