Self serve drive up banking machines available.Frequently there's "some" waiting in line for in-bank, banking, so plan ahead (it helps when people have everything ready before getting up there.)When there's a line, its usually all the people who have lengthy issues. Good thing the drive through machines are fast for the simple things (simple deposits, withdrawls and balance inquiries).I love getting a copy of my checks on my deposit receipt when I deposit outside through the machine.”

This branch office is just minutes from my home and although I do a lot of my banking online, they have always provided me with excellent customer service. Last year, I received a notification that someone was trying to fraudulently use my debit card. STCU had denied the transaction but I stopped in to ask if it was advisable to cancel that card. They not only gave me a new card right there in the office but reviewed my accounts and set me up with features that ensure my money would be generating additional interest.
