“I want to share my experience at Lizzy’s in Smokey Point-Marysville. From the moment I arrived I felt “listened to”….to me that’s a very high compliment in a retail environment. Mandy-and Karly professional and considerate. Shawny…not sure of the spelling, was spectacular also. Service is why sets a retail business apart from their competitors…I’m convinced it’s ingrained -or maybe just recognized by who they hire, but it IS a culture that one will recognize upon entering the store. Price points are fair, deadlines are met and the willingness to go beyond is exhibited by a customer service attitude of excellence-I WILL go back-and am sure to be treated well-Thank you Karley, Mandy, and Shawny for bailing me out-helping me out however you would like to say it-we’ll see what she thinks on Tuesday evening-her birthday:) as for me-I’m very pleased:)”

“Terrific understanding and empathy regarding patrons wants and needs. I remember coming to this location a while back and purchasing a flatscreen TV. I was just a few dollars short and miraculous when considering that this is a pawn shop, was allowed to take home the TV and not worry about the balance. They had all every right to hold back the sale, considering the fact that we were haggling and negotiating relentlessly for a good little while. It turned out I didn’t have as much as I thought I did in my pocket, and really felt foolish since I didn’t even have the total funds I was claiming. They made me not feel too embarrassed about the shortage and I ended up leaving with my tv and a huge smile. Thank you !!!”

“I received a text back promptly when they opened but was surprised to hear no loans on firearms. I've heard nothing but good things about this place. I plan on going there and seeing the jewelry for myself.”

“So I deleted my post on my firearms purchase . I was accidentally misinformed. The manager made it a point to contact me had me come down and took care of me and did a full refund on my firearms that I purchased. I had a denial due to the new Washington state laws and now have to have them taken care of again, this was no-fault of the pawnshops or mine. I am a valid CPL holder. and could purchase firearms. However, like I said, a employee had misinformation and I my battery bill and just want to turn it into a good review because they went above and beyond to make it right into care of me Shannon and Keira are great people and they always try to look out for the best interest of their customers I can attest to that.”
