Poor management, this community has high HOA, but they do not maintain it properly. They don’t keep it clean.

Horrible management. My elderly parents paying over $600 in home owners dues. There is piles of garbage outside, all the washers and dryers disgusting and hallway haven't been vacuumed in over 3 months... and God forbid to complain, management will punish you with warning note over plant on your balcony

there is not even anything to RATE how horribly this place is managed. Trash is not being picked up, the company is corrupt. they dont fix anything, or repair anything. Complaining them to the city.
