“We needed warranty work done on our kitchenaid refrigerator and Kitchenaid gas cooktop. We were having issues with the warranty company who stated they couldn't find an authorized repair outlet for our location and so we contacted the service department at DeWaard and Bode where we had purchased our appliances. We talked with the service manager, Sarah, who immediately took over and made all the arrangements to have our warranty work done and completed in a timely manner. Thank you Sarah! This review has more good news. The repair person, John Boardman, came to our house found the problem after disassembling a huge section of the refrigerator,fixed the refrigerator, cleaned up his work area and ordered the necessary parts for the cooktop. John came back after the parts arrived and repaired the cooktop. Again he left NO mess and cleaned up the work area. He was very knowledgeable and both appliances have been working perfectly since being fixed by John. I can not thank the team at DeWaard and Bode enough for taking care of our appliances. I will purchase all future appliances at DeWaard and Bode and can depend on their service department to back up what they sell!”

“We had a fantastic experience here. Our sales advisor Aurelie greeted us and helped walk us through different couch options. She at no point was pushy or aggressive in her sales. She gave us genuine help, answered all of our questions, and gave us space when we needed. She helped us select a great couch that works with our needs (small space, cats), and was just such a pleasure to work with. We ended up spending about 3K total and I had zero reservations. Can't wait to go back and buy our new bed there .I work in sales and I know good service and we were blown away here. Aurelie made the whole process of spending 3 grand on a couch an absolute JOY.”
