“I've shopped at this store for years. It used to be known as Cash & Carry. It has restaurant quality food and you don't have to buy Costco size quantities.”

“Thank the Goddess for Txley! I was having trouble with a custodial supply vendor our company has been with for a long time. So, I decided to reach out and try Txley who was closer to our office. What a difference! When they came to do their first consultation I felt as if they were really interested in meeting our needs instead of trying to talk me into what would work for them. They gave us a bid to strip and wax our floors and clean our carpets. As a government agency I am required to get several bids for a project. Not only did they seem to offer a more complete service, but they were also very affordable. After which they came to check on us to see if we were happy with the results. We were so very happy. I really thought the kitchen floor could not be saved but they made it look brand new. The carpets also looked great. It has been a few months since we switched to Txley and different members of their staff still call to check on us periodically to see if we need anything. All of them are wonderful people, attentive and pleasant to work with. Now when I do make an order, they deliver within the week. I am so glad we switched. Highly recommended.”

“My visit was around 4:30 pm on a Tuesday. It wasn't too crowded, easy to find parking. They have friendly and helpful customer service. Among other items, I picked up the street tacos (ready-made meals located in the back of the store). They were delicious.I found a reclining chair that I was interested in purchasing. There was a price tag above, but I didn't see any in a box. I took a picture of a chair price tag. The cashier at the self checkout looked up the merchandise code and had someone bring one to me from their inventory. They loaded it into my vehicle.”

“Blew a tire on a Sunday and new Year's Eve. Came in around 3:30, and although the staff were all given permission to leave early for the holiday, they stayed to replace the tire on not just the one wheel, but all four, and did so in roughly 45 minutes, with proper balancing and airing of the wheels and securing the wheel nuts properly. I do work on my car myself so I can tighten the lug nuts again for their 100 mile (I believe) check up but they made sure to issue the reminder and maintained a positive life saver. I made it to the ferry on time to get my friend back home for the holidays, all because of their help. They even put the spare back in the trunk under the lid even though my trunk had stuff in it, all without disturbing my items or complaining. I'll be here again for my other vehicles :)”

“Love the food, but when short staffed, Connie could benefit everyone involved with effective communication. I ordered two pizzas and then went shopping. When I got back, I attempted to ask the status at the pizza pick up window where I was ignored by Connie. Realizing this was a fruitless venture i waited in line where Connie was forced to engage with me. She cut me off after I said 5 words and asked to see my receipt, and said my order was "in the back" and wandered off. When I waited to ask her what that means she went off about being short staffed. I'm not trying to waste your time, I'm trying to figure out the status of my order, and "it's in the back" could mean anything from it's still being prepared to someone just needs to get it and hand it to me.Connie, I get that the general public are frequently ill tempered and abuse the heck out of retail workers, and I also appreciate that you're working in a stressful fast paced environment with a lack of staffing. But some of us are being polite and merely asking the status of our order in an information vacuum that only you hold the information to. If you had dealt with me at the pizza pick up window or communicated effectively when I forced a communication it would have vastly shortened the whole endeavor and would go a long way towards irritating each other less.”

“We go to Costco 2-3 times a month. Have never had a rude employee or really any negative experience. We buy food there, and eye glasses, cell phones, tv, speakers and pretty much anything we can. We even get some of our prescriptions filled there and we get flu shots etc. too. One exception to the "no rude employees" - one of the guys who give shots is really rude. But we love Costco, no complaints here.”
