I am giving O stars.... the pharmacy is grossly understaffed, the lines are unendurable and they hardly ever answer the phones to check if the RX is complete. Most unpleasant experience. I feel sorry for the pharmacy team working for Rite Aid.

The have No drive thru. You must wait in line for at least 30 minutes, to pickup medications. For handicap persons, this is not exceptable. Need better help, or more of it. This has been going on for over 3 years. Can't find help, that's just BS.
