Our last RV cover began to shred after several years of constant use. I used the online warrenty claim site and received a no questions asked replacement under our warranty within several weeks. Great customer service.

Purchased 3 Duck Cover Spring of 2020 one of the covers tore after use of 1 summer season in Michigan, they replaced with the simple warranty web-site, had new cover with couple weeks excellent customer service will recommend and rebuy in the future.

Got the duck cover for my firewood rack and am extremely happy! This cover is so much better than the others. My ShelterLogic cover didn't last well at all. I will be adding more Duck covers to our patio furniture.
