“The best pharmacy in the PNW. To be upset at a pharmacy of their size doing the calibur of work of a big chain that have their own fullfillment CENTER is unreasonable.
I texted to ask if my fiancee's Rx were done (sent in a day ago) and they immediately replied that it'll be done asap. Theyre busy and its evident from the line out the door. But theres a reason why we still come here rather than anywhere else. The service is unmatched. It may not be my preferred insurance pharmacy but the staff always texts me, calls me, or leaves me a detailed message if there are any hick ups in between. I dont trust any other pharmacy to take care of my family.
If you have a problem with the pharmacy you can take it up with their loyal patrons. We'll be right there”
“I have used this pharmacy several times. Each time I received outstanding personal service by the pharmacist. He is very knowledgeable, will special order meds for me and follows up with a call when he says he will. I wish I could use him all the time, but I do when I am in town. You do not have to go through a long phone tree to talk with him. I wish we had more like him.”

“This QFC has become my go-to grocery store in the neighborhood. It’s always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a surprisingly wide selection for a mid-sized store. The produce is consistently fresh, and I’ve noticed they do a good job keeping local and seasonal options available.
The staff here really makes the difference. Cashiers and floor employees are friendly, helpful, and seem genuinely invested in keeping things running smoothly. The self-checkout area is convenient, and there’s rarely a long wait, even during busier times.
Parking is easy (a luxury in Seattle), and the store feels safe and welcoming. Prices are fair for the quality, and with sales and the QFC card, it’s easy to save a bit too.

“This is easily one of the best pharmacies in the area. And I've used several. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The only consistent problem is the horrible entitled customers who stand in line and loudly complain that they aren't being served yet. Then I suppose they come here and write bad reviews. I bet some of these people have never written a good review of anything. The pharmacy is open 7 days a week, and closes at the same time every day for a lunch break. The lunch break time is posted on standing placards in large letters and, like I said, it's the same time every day, all year long. But there's always someone who forgets this and complains that it was closed the last time they were here. Folks - they all eat lunch at the same time because there must always be a pharmacist available to answer questions, the assistants can't do that. The drive-up window is also efficient, if you order your meds ahead of time on the easy-to-use app. Also then you don't have to listen to the whiners. Win-win!”

“I’ll start my saying that I have mostly experienced pleasant service with this pharmacy, particularly with pharmacist Cadence - truly admirable customer service and a lovely human.
That being said, my latest meditation pickup has truly been disheartening. I understand that pharmacists will probably experience unsavory interactions with incredibly rude customers, however that does not make it acceptable to treat other customers with unkind and salty-like behavior.
When I called this morning to follow up medication that I was told would be ready Sunday evening, the pharmacist said it wasn’t ready - that it was on back stock. I began to try to explain my previous experience with her colleague and how I had been told my medication was at the pharmacy, but not ready yet and when I arrived at 7pm that night, the pharmacist with the curly black hair said, “sorry, we ran out” like she could give a flying bats bats, the pharmacist cut me off. So, I interrupted to please let me finish my thought, and I told her how my last experience went Sunday night - she flatly said “you’ll get a text when it’s easy, bye”, and that was that.
Well, I guess good for you on being unkind in solidarity.
You’ll never know how the way you treat people and how your words and the cadence with intent will affect them. Even though that interaction really sucked, it didn’t affect me in any notable way, except maybe in me gaining motivator to wrote this review, but can’t say the same for others. This interaction only gave me a moment of pause and that I hope that something good happens in their life to maybe make them a better human… a human like their colleague, Cadence and the non pharmacist employee with the blue hair. They rock. ?”

“The store itself is great. I just always seem to pick up my prescriptions when there are eight cars in front of me at the drive-through for some reason. Maybe bring popcorn to the drive-through? Just a thought, but be prepared to wait in line at least half an hour or more.”

“In my opinion, this is a great pharmacy. I have gone here for 7 years. The people who work here have been extraordinarily helpful. Waiting in a pharmacy line is almost expected these days but I seldom wait more than 5-10 min., even in busy times. The pharmacy techs have done things for me, like found an insulin alternative Rx when Molina insurance stopped paying for it and it costs over $300 per bottle, and I use 3 bottles per month. When they did not have my Rx, they called Rite-Aid and set it up for me to fill it there until they could get it stocked for their pharmacy. I can only speak for myself, but I have been treated very well here, above and beyond what I would expect.”
