“I have been struggling with hair loss for 14 years, and recently I called The Women’s Clinic to ask about PRP treatment. Tomorrow I have a consultation with the doctor, but I was feeling worried and stressed because I am very eager to start PRP as soon as possible.

When I called, I spoke first with the secretary, and then with Dr. Jessica. She was extremely kind, patient, and reassuring. She promised me that she would make sure I receive my PRP treatment as soon as possible, which gave me a lot of comfort and hope.

Although the secretary sounded a little surprised (since I could have waited until tomorrow’s consultation to ask all my questions), I understand it was because I was so excited and couldn’t even wait a few more hours. Still, both Dr. Jessica and her staff treated me with respect, kindness, and support.

I truly appreciate Dr. Jessica for her professionalism and compassion, and I also want to thank her secretary for her patience and assistance. I will update here after I complete my PRP sessions and share my results.
