“I have banked with Fibre federal for over ten years now and I actually don’t even live on the west coast anymore but still choose to keep my account here because of the excellent customer service I receive anytime I have questions or issues come up. In fact, today when I called, even though they were experiencing a higher number of callers than normal, as soon as I got the customer service rep Katelynn at the main office location on the phone she was knowledgeable and kind and got my problem explained and solved quickly and I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. 10/10 would recommend”

Anyways, I find no issues with Keybank AT ALL, let alone their ATM machines or self-service areas. “I have to say as a banker my self. I’ve heard every excuse why people don’t make their payments, but when my life went totally crazy Four deaths in our family and lots of funerals and two surgeries and my husband getting laid off. Wendy Newell still worked with me and I was able to finally get the car sold for full price so that I could pay it off instead of having the car repossessed and my credit going bad. I would come back to Fiber, Federal every time now for any type of loan because of the outstanding customer service that I got from her. She was understandable and also direct and I knew what I had to get done and she also had patience and kindness even though she had no way of knowing what I was telling her was the truth or not which it was the truth, of course but still again we hear every excuse in the world as a Banker and I know I done it for 10 years and I don’t think I would’ve had as much Patient as she did. Her customer service is above and beyond what she had to do. She is what every bank needs when it comes to customer service and making the customer feel good while also protecting the banks interests. “Relatively new guy, here at Key Bank Longview branch. Opening this account was prompted by information provided to me, that wasn't true. I asked if Key Bank, could exchange foreign currency, specifically Ukrainian. I was told yes, they could, so I opened an account. When I returned with the currency, they couldn't do anything with it, besides question next in charge, & so on, scratching their head. That was not a surprise, as it's likely they handle no foreign currency. I understand the employees efforts to please a customer, sometimes without full knowledge of services available to an individual, and likely, was not addressed in any training efforts by management? I could've told you what to do with it, but I wasn't offered money to open my account.. lol.! Subsequent visits have resulted in outstanding services. Race, you're doing fantastic in the hurdles you face, pleasant disposition, every time.
