“Mark was awesome to work with and did an outstanding job! He even went above and beyond and shined the headlights, something that had absolutely nothing to do with the collision damage. Mark stayed in touch and even came in after hours in order to get the work done on time. I went around and got quotes from four places, and PAR was between $600-$1100 cheaper than everyone else, plus they were the first place I went. While I hope I never have to use PAR again(haha), if I need to, I will come back here without thinking twice. OUTSTANDING job!”

“A huge shout out to the folks at the Les Schwab in Prosser on Wine Country Road. Vince, Jesus and crew helped me out of a bind when traveling through town on my way to Southern Idaho. I stopped at the rest stop down the road and noticed a missing dust cap on my trailer and a hot axle. The staff worked me in to a tight schedule to assure that the axle was ok to drive. They jacked up the tires and checked the play on the wheel as well as the other wheels. Vince also checked the outer bearing and then tightened the nut, which ultimately solved the problem. I was able to continue on the trip with no further issues. I really appreciated the help and was told no charge at the end. While I am not from the Prosser area, I can highly recommend this Les Schwab as a good place to do business. Thanks so much for helping this single mamma and kids get back out on the road.”

“Thanks to the service department and my advisor Christian and the tech that stayed late to finish up the injector pump repair, our truck is our business and we were stuck in a local motel 250 miles from home. We are back on the road and working, thanks guysUpdate: although you fixed our truck in record time, the coolant return line to the resavor was broken on a tank that was replaced a few months ago and we lost over 3 gallon of coolant before we found it, otherwise the service was good but I am deducting 1 star”

“Went in to see Rick at the Prosser store to look for a newer Super Duty or 3/4 ton pickup, was unable to find that size rig to replace my current one with that met my needs so plan B was to replace our explorer and find maybe a mid size pickup that could tow the boat and haul 4 or 5 people, Rick sent me to their Sunnyside store where I met with Ralph, we looked at Nissan Frontiers, he located a Crew Cab Long Box that filled the check mark for plan B, we are quite happy with the pickup. Kudos to Rick, Ralph and the team for locating the rig and keeping us in the loop.”

If I’m ever missing a part, hose or even bolt I’ll make sure Jericho's is my first stop. And most of the time, my only stop. The owner is a great guy, very friendly and never fails to help me out with what I need. The field is very relaxing, I get to take my time while pulling apart and enjoy a beautiful vehicle grave yard scenery!”

“I just want to say thank you to the crew at Armstrong Automotive for showing genuine care and concern for me and my long trip I just took. I was passing through Prosser on my way to Alaska and started hearing strange sounds coming from my Jeep so I was fortunate to find this shop and within 15 min they had it up on the hoist checking everything plus fluids. It’s an older jeep so I was worried it wasn’t going to make it to my destination.
