Was pretty disappointed with my order today. Got a sandwich for myself and my girlfriend. Customer service was lacking and on top of that they messed up my order. Usually have no issue with jimmy johns but today I was not satisfied with my meal.

I am a fan of Jimmy John's they are always my go to when I need a good sandwich. The one in Renton at the landing is my favorite location.
