Avoid at all costs. They told me my ticket was a suspicious fraud transaction 10 min before boarding jeopardizing the business trip. After that they forced me to pay for the ticket again and for then they spelled my CC information and personal details loudly. Never again.

They lost my baggage in December. They found it... last day of my trip. Told me I get refund of cost (I had to buy some clothes) and after 4 months I STILL DIDN'T GET back money. Awful!!!!!

As2258. Alaska airlines didn’t know where the plane was. Couldn’t find my elderly grandpa. Terrible airline. Pencil whipped maintenance. Should have gone out of business when they killed 88 people.
