This is a hidden gem of the U-District/Wallingford area. It’s above your expectation. I almost tried everything on their menu from pizza, plov, and fitchi and everything taste soo good!

Delicious pilaf, good communication, new chef good
This meat pies are originally a take on Turkmen traditional dish Ishlekli, meat pie cooked in the heat of the sand or in clay oven. This adapted version can be cooked in regular oven. If you don't have the round pans used for this dish, if you can use a tart pan.
